And to make this day even sweeter, the ice creamery will ask guests for an optional donation of $1 when they grab their free scoop, with all proceeds going towards Project Open Hand's mission to bring meals with love to the community.
"We are so appreciative to be a part of Humphry Slocombe's grand opening of their new location. We have a long-standing relationship with Humphry Slocombe, and they have always supported our efforts to bring healthy and nutritious foods to our community members. While they offer many delicious flavors that we have all grown to love, their secret ingredient to success is their caring and heart they give to our Bay Area residents in need." - Paul Hepfer, Project Open Hand Chief Executive Officer
