Wow! What a great night at we had together at Taste of the City. Thanks to everyone who made our first-ever Taste of the City gala an amazing success all around. The funds we rasied will enable Project Open Hand to serve more than 100,000 meals with love to neighbors with life-threatening illnesses and seniors in our community.

As you may know, this was the first time our annual gala was held in the evening, and we are delighted to share that it exceeded our expectations in many ways:
- Taste of the City’s unique “moveable feast” format was a first for San Francisco. It attracted new, different people to engage with Project Open Hand, while generating lots of great buzz, including a photo feature in San Francisco Magazine.
- Taste of the City was our most successful fundraising gala in five years, increasing per guest revenue by over 68%.
- We sold out! Make sure you’re in on the fun next year by adding your name to our 2016 mailing list. Click here to sign up.
