On Friday, November 17, 2023, hundreds of community members and supporters attended Project Open Hand’s annual Hand to Hand Gala at the Hibernia Bank in downtown San Francisco. Your support at Hand to Hand enables us to continue to provide nutritious meals to the sick and vulnerable – and help our critically-ill neighbors and seniors recover from illness, become stronger, and lead healthier lives.
