Honeydew melons are made up of arround 90% water. This makes them a hydrating fruit that can replenish fluids and electrolytes while being low in calories and sugar. Perfect for a summer day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium honeydew
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- fresh mint (optional)
Directions
- Rinse the fruit. Carefully peel and cut the honeydew into chunks.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with love.
Best enjoyed within the first 24 hours. Water and fruit will separate - stir well before serving. Leftovers can be frozen into cubes and added to water for a hint for fruity flavor.
